Jen’s Role: Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) focuses on identifying and addressing muscular imbalances, which can help improve movement efficiency and improve Range of Motion by activating inactive muscles.
Jen will work with you to assess your body's movement. The body will inform her what muscles are not activated through a comparative assessment. This will help pinpoint muscles in the areas of the body that need attention.
What You'll Gain: Increased range of motion, decrease in Inflammation, injury prevention, and overall body stability.
Frequency: Regular sessions to assess and activate muscles for optimal function.
