About Jen:

I have had an array of occupations and accomplishments as an athlete. Understanding body movement is a huge part of my life and lifestyle. I feel Muscle Activation Techniques has brought me to a new level of understanding in how the body reacts, responds and compensates with limitations.

My goal is to assist people in feeling better than they currently do, assist them in accomplishing the goals they set for themselves and opening up their current Range of Motion (ROM) with stability.

I look forward to helping you improve your Range of Motion while improving your muscle contraction and sustainability to gain strength and stability.

After extensive ovarian cancer debulking surgery, I had nerve, muscle, and lymphatic issues that caused mobility problems. I couldn’t raise my leg high enough to get out of the shower. I had constant aggravating pain and would wake up sore and hurting.
I was prescribed physical therapy that pushed the problem around and caused issues in otherwise healthy areas.
I had seen and heard of the great work Jen did on others and decided to work with her. I am so glad I did. After the first MAT session I could raise my leg to get out of the shower with almost no difficulty. I had my first restful night’s sleep since the surgery and woke up without pain. Things have only improved with each session.
I can’t thank Jen enough for helping me to live normal again. I can’t wait for my next session.
